Attire Information

 

THE 1920'S WAS a great time of economic prosperity, new technologies, and most importantly a significant change for women where women were given the right to vote.

 

From money, fashion, women's rights to jazz, I am just so deeply in love with the 1920's era, which is why I thought this theme would be perfect for my dream wedding. WHAT MAKES IT EVEN BETTER IS THAT I'VE ALWAYS LOVED THE BOOK, THE GREAT GATSBY BY F. SCOTT FITZGERALD. WHEN I WATCHED THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THE GREAT GATSBY FEATURING LEONARDO DICAPRIO, I THOUGHT THAT A MODERN GREAT GATSBY WEDDING WOULD BE BE PERFECT.

 

While it's not required to dress in 1920's attire (however is highly encouraged), Jon and I think it would be fun to see all of our guests fancied up to help bring out the real 1920's era better known as the "Roaring 20's" to our wedding.

 

If you choose not to come in festive attire, attire requested is formal.
